Refund policy
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping address. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, or if you need a different size, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange an exchange subject to availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including items marked as final sale, personalised or custom-made products, and items that have been worn, washed, or altered. Gift cards are also non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If you have done so and still have not received your refund, please contact us and we will investigate.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a wrong or defective item), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
