Shipping Costs

International Shipping

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Undeliverable or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or because it was unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to re-send the order. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
